Order Acceptance

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and pharmacy4women.co.uk will take place on the dispatch to you of the Produtcs ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in Cancellation Rights.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product(s) you ordered being unavailable from stock.
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
The identification of a pricing or product description error.
Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions.

 

We validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.

Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

It is a requirement that the information you provide is accurate, up to date, and valid and that you disclose all relevant facts as this could affect the advice you are or may be given. 

When your order contains one or more pharmacy products from this site, you will be asked to provide additional information about your health, which will be reviewed by our staff and/or a registered pharmacist to ensure that the medicine is suitable for you.   We do not offer medical advice and we should not be seen as a replacement for consultation with a doctor or other healthcare professional. Subject to the pharmacist's approval, sale of these products will then be made by us.

We reserve the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer.  All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund.

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.

Payment and Refunds

In providing payment card details, you confirm that you are the legal owner and/or authorised to use the card and authorise us to take payment in full for the order, applicable charges, postage and packing charges and any other charges that become due to us under these terms.  Refunds, if applicable, will only be made to using the payment gateway and/or card originally used for payment.

All credit and credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

In case of fraud, the proper authorities will be informed and legal action will be taken.

Postage and packing costs. 

Postage and packing costs will be added to the cost of your order and will depend on the total cost of the items you order and, where delivery options are provided, the option you choose.  The postage and packing charge you will pay will be displayed on screen before you confirm your order to us.  Where multiple items are included in one order, we may despatch the items separately, in which case, you will only be charged one postage and packing charge.

Non-availability/substitutes

We reserve the right to change the specification of items which are required to conform to any applicable standards or European Union requirements.  We try to have sufficient stocks of goods to meet demand but occasionally, items may be out of stock or unavailable from our suppliers.  All items sold through this website are subject to availability.  If any of the items on your order are not available we may send a substitute of similar specification.

 

Returns Policy

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You, the consumers have the right to cancel orders for goods that have been placed using this website for up to 7 working days after the date on which the item(s) are delivered.  This right does not apply to medicinal products, medicines,  medication, cosmetics, foodstuff  or any item that is made from materials that may be distorted,   and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty  or sent incorrectly.

To exercise this right, it is your responsibility to contact us by e-mailing our Customer Services department (see our Contact Us page), advising us of your intention to cancel and/or return items.

You have a legal responsibility to keep the items in reasonable condition and in your possession until they are returned to us.  This includes keeping any hygiene seals in place.

Once we receive notice from you in writing that you wish to cancel your order, and is authorised we will refund the purchase price for that item(s) together with the standard postage charge you paid.  Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed.  All refunds due back will be refunded via the same means as when the order was placed and by no other methods.

 

Damaged and faulty items

Once you have received delivery please inspect the package for any sign of damage. In the event of the goods arriving damaged, please contact our Customer Services department within 2 days of receiving your delivery, either by e-mail or by phone (see our Contact Us page). Missing items

Once you have opened your package and after thoroughly checking the packaging find that some items are missing, contact our Customer Services department within 2 days of receiving your delivery, either by phone or e-mail us (see our Contact Us page). Incorrect items

If we have sent you an incorrect item please return the item to us in the same condition as it was sent. Contact our Customer Services department within 2 days of receiving your delivery either by phone or e-mail (see our Contact Us page). In order for us to deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible please provide full details of:
